HOLI means ‘Holy’, ‘Pure’. HOLI when celebrated with its spiritual significance, it makes the person HOLY.
Often times we associate holiness with fun sucking, traditional, no smile types of people, who drink their coffee black and can’t come to watch the soccer match because they are praying for 8 hours. But if you can leave the baggage of the word holiness behind, could you say that you desire holiness, as your God in heaven is holy? Do you believe that the people who pursue holiness are the happiest? I would venture to say they are. As I look into my own soul, I can say that the times I’ve pursued holiness the most are the times I’ve been the happiest. I am blessed to have been made holi only yet again by Sadhguru on HOLI. I successfully went through intensive initiation process with Sadhguru, , who is a profound mystic of our times, is a visionary humanitarian and a prominent spiritual leader.
In the past I had been initiated by the most revered spiritual masters without really understanding the benefit and signficance of it. But after going through the initiation process with Sadhguru, I can understand its power and signficance.
My past initiations acted as a catalytic effect that spurred metamorphosis and profound shift in my energetic field and consciousness.
I was able to heal my old wounds and purify my energy for the greater initiation. We all carry some sort of emotional baggage. So many of us do not even know we have an inner child problem because it has been buried in us for so long. What we do not realize is that a wounded inner child can destroy our lives and make us feel unsafe in the world. I am sharing this video as a gift to the world.
This video talks about what your inner child wounds are and 7 simple and actionable tips to help you heal your inner child once and for all. Listen to if it resonates with you. Remember I am not saying anything that your soul does not know. But my videos act as reminders for what you have forgotten and wake you up from sleep.
When a Guru initiates you, Guru plants a “seed” in you, which he or she feels will become a “tree”. It becomes a big responsibility for Shishya (student), in turn gives his/her agreement that he/she will nurture it to its growth as a tree.
I did not think I will go asking for the “seed” from a Guru, but now that I have been blessed with it so many times, I understand that it all happened for a reason. Only illumined souls alone can enlighten another soul. I started my meditation practice not just with the purpose of teaching other beautiful souls, but also put all my learning into practice so that I can give to the world what I graciously received from my gurus.
I have been fortunate enough to have been associated with gurus, who helped to activate guru within me. Being a rebel, and an individual with an independent mindset, I had a hard time fitting in and following the standards set by society, especially the ones I do not resonate with. All my gurus helped me be patient, tolerant, skillfully embrace the duality consciousness, and be able to navigate through my life on my own terms. Sadhguru is one of them. His mastery of the mechanisms of life, an outcome of his profound experience of the Self, guides in exploring the subtler dimensions of life.
In today’s world, spiritual gurus have a bad rap. Many people go in search of a spiritual guide, someone who can help them escape the ego and achieve enlightenment or at least spark some kind of spiritual awakening. But since so many teachers have taken advantage of their students, we are often quite suspicious of anyone who purports to have access to a higher state of consciousness and the wisdom to show you how to reach it yourself.
So deep is our suspicion that when we encounter an authentic teacher, we still tend to shy away from treating them as a guru because, even if we don’t think they mean us harm, we believe that taking on a guru means treating them like a celebrity.
A real guru is not a spiritual celebrity. It’s not someone you worship and hope to get approval from, join their inner circle and feel like you’re among the “chosen.” People often confuse spirituality with religion. Being a spiritual person is synonymous with being a person whose highest priority is to be loving to yourself and others.
On the day of holi, I would like to extend my thanks to all my spiritual gurus who led me on the path of transcendental truth consciousness and holiness….Sincere thanks to all my gurus ….Laura Emerald, Lisa Campion, Rhys Thomas, Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, Wayne Dyer, Abraham Hicks, Tony Robbins, Thich Nhat Hanh, JAGGI VASUDEV(Sadhguru), and many others. Some of them are very simple human beings living simple life. Some of them are very good friends of mine. Some of them like to stay away from the media and world of illusion but contain supreme amount of spiritual wisdom and had helped me raise my consciousness without any expectations. Teachers are like enzymes, Nature’s go-to facilitators of change. When the biological conditions are right, the enzyme is there. When the student is ready, the teacher appears. Or, rather, the teacher has been there all along, like an enzyme, helping move things along when things need moving along and staying out of the way the rest of the time. Even though my gurus have helped me in my spiritual evolution, but I would not have been able to receive optimal benefits from their teachings and initiations if I had not been able to transmute lower vibrational energies by healing my old wounds.
My message for all spiritual seekers and aspirants!
Heal your inner child…your old wounds to enter the gateway to the transcendental Truth-Consciousness that your guru can so graciously bless you with. By doing this, you will be able save your Guru’s time and help your Guru to provide you collyrium-rod of knowledge and a key to everlasting joy and infinite Truth-Consciousness.
